Actually, this isn't a total duplicate. Bug #2091 covered the entirety of the
options displayed. While the options in the "System mode" section now properly
reflect the saved state, the "Display theme under console" does not.
After a fresh install of RC2 + cooker update, I can say that the checkbox is
checked. However, I do not have a graphic background under my virtual consoles
nor did I ever select the checkbox during install.

When returning to DrakBoot, the checkbox for using a background image does not
accurately reflect the actual settings. Regardless of whether the user has
chosen to use the Lilo background for terminals, the checkbox is always turned on.
