I am not sure if KDE is the right place for this. On 9.1 RC2 I could not delete
files from my floppy disks until I went into userdrake and added myself to the
group floppy. I can delete files fine now but if I go back into userdrake I get
" cannot lock user lib, file /etc/ptmp or /etc/gtmp exist.
