on a pc with duron 1Ghz, Mandrake 8.2 install works but 9.0 et 9.1 hang up the
pc when trying to install
- in graphical mode, at the beginning of the install
- in texte mode, after displaying the lines:
Checking 'hlt' instruction .. OK.
Checking for popad bug .. OK.
POSIX conformance testing by UNIFIX
enabled EXTINT on CPU#0
ESR value before enabling vector: 00000002
then display freezes with a blinking cursor
i have tried all the options: text, vgalo, expert, vga16, cdrom or floppy boot
but nothing works
display card is all-in-wonder 128 pro
