If shorewall is installed, speedtouch package does not handle correctly
shorewall config files. Access to Internet is disabled once shorewall has once
been started, even if it has been stopped afterwards, and even if iptables
accept all packets.
Cure:
/etc/shorewall/interfaces should be
net ppp0 detect
instead of
net eth0 detect
/etc/shorewall/routestopped should be
ppp0
