I made this first one and turned out good.
Apple Pie Swedish style

4 to 5 large apples

1 large pie tin

1 cup flour

1 cup sugar

1 egg

1 1/2 sticks of butter

1 Tablespoon of sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Peel apples and slice. Place in pie tin. Mix the cinnamon and sugar, sprinkle
over apples. Mix flour, sugar, and melted butter and the egg together. Pour
this over the apples. Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

I piled up the apples in the tin like I do when making apple... mound them
up... I cut mine a bit thicker because I like my apples to have a bit of
texxture but that is just a personal preference.

The flour mixture really does not pour but like a thick batter that I had to
spread arounda bit. I did not add more batter and used alot more apples. LIke
I said I just cut and mounded. I had a bunch of apples ready to go so had to
do something! *smile* I would also next time toss the cinnamon and sugar in a
bowl with my apples just to get better coverage or more even coverage but again
not a big deal. It was good, easy and will do again!
