Hi,
I recently had a chocolate mousse for dessert at a restaurant.
It was really good!
I've looked for recipes on the internet, but, I'd like someone who's made it
before to explain to me about whipping eggwhites till peaks form or anything
to do with heavy cream or whipping cream and where I'd get some good
chocolate to make this with.
Haven't had experience with separating eggs or using good chocolate or even
chopping it.
Some recipes use flavorless gelatin too.
Any help would be appreciated!
