I haven't done a lot of gourmet cooking in the oven; and am wondering what
kind of dishes do you have to flip? The description mentions chicken nuggets
and fish sticks, which I have cooked many times in the oven successfully
without ever flipping.

yes it is for the oven, I think when you are baking chicken or chops etc
and half way through baking you are to turn them. I would like to get my
hands on one to see exactly how this pan looks.
I have had several pans for on top the stove for turning eggs or making
omlets but they have never worked thus I make sunny side up eggs,
scrambled eggs or frittatas... *smile* a girl has to do what a girl has
to do ay?

I just looked this Crisper Flipper up on line, and the only description I
found sounds like it is for cooking things in the oven. The discription
