Red Ruby Salad

6 oz. strawberry gelatin
2 c. hot water
2 c. cold water
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2-3 T. lemon juice
1/4 c. orange juice
2 c. whipped topping

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add cold water and set aside until partially
set. Beat cream cheese and juices into gelatin.  Fold in whipped topping and
pour into serving dish. Refrigerate to set.  Makes 10 servings.
