Red Ruby Salad 6 oz. strawberry gelatin 2 c. hot water 2 c. cold water 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 2-3 T. lemon juice 1/4 c. orange juice 2 c. whipped topping
Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add cold water and set aside until partially set. Beat cream cheese and juices into gelatin. Fold in whipped topping and pour into serving dish. Refrigerate to set.
