Sugar cookies don't get any easier or tastier than this, folks. These are super
moist and soft. Do not frost these yummy cookies; the confectioners' sugar
is enough sweetness. These freeze and store well.

Yield: 39 cookies
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Baking time: 10 to 12 minutes
Total time: 22 minutes or less

a.. 1 (8 ounce) container fat free dessert whipped topping

b.. 2 egg whites

c.. 1 (18.25 ounce) box white cake mix, dry (do not make as directed)

d.. 1/4 cup confectioners sugar

cooking spray.

2.. In a large bowl mix the whipped topping and egg whites with a spatula until
