Peppermint Crunch Cookies Recipe Brought to you by Eden Vale Inn Cook Time: 15 min Yield: 5 dozen
Ingredients: 1 ½ cup butter 2 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 ½ tablespoons baking powder 6 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt ½ cup milk 1 ½ cup crushed peppermint candy (candy canes). Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter. Add sugar and blend until light in color and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg. Sift dry ingredients and add to batter in two batches alternating with milk. Finally stir in crushed candy.
