I tend to do it with chicken breast meat. The boneless chicken breast called
for in most recipes is pricey, but sometimes I can buy bone in breast meat
for less, so I just use that and remove the bones.

when recipees cas for boneless meats, would it be a huge diference in the
prep time to prepare bone in peaces instead, and remove the bones
afterwards?
