POPCORN COOKIES

1/2  cup Butter or Margarine, softened
1 cup Sugar
1 egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1-1/4 cups all-purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda
Pinch of Salt
2 cups popped Popcorn, slightly crushed
1 cup (6oz) Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup chopped Pecans

In a mixing bowl, cream the Butter and sugar.

Beat in Egg and Vanilla.
Combine Flour, Baking Soda and Salt; add to the creamed mixture.
Stir in Popcorn, Chocolate Chips and Pecans.

Drop by Tbsp 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets.

Bake at 350° for13-14 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool on wire racks.

YIELD: 2-1/2 Dozen.

Peg's Note...I used the hot air popper to make my popcorn....no oil, no butter, 
no salt.
