COTTAGE CHEESE TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE

  6 ounces uncooked noodles -- (4 cups cooked)
  1/4 cups chopped onion
  1 teaspoon salt
  1/8 teaspoons pepper
  1 cup cottage cheese
  1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
  1/4 cups water
  1 can (6 1/2 ounces) tuna
  1/4 cups grated Romano cheese


Cook noodles according to package directions, until tender. Drain. Add onion, salt, pepper, cottage cheese, sour cream, water, and tuna. Mix well. Pour into 1 1/2 quarter casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve hot. Makes 6-8 servings, 3/4 cups each.
