Eggnog Custard Pie Ingredients
a.. 4 eggs b.. 1/3 C sugar c.. 1 teaspoon rum extract d.. 1/2 t pure vanilla extract e.. 1/4 t salt f.. 3 C eggnog g.. Grated nutmeg h.. 9 inch unbaked pie crust Directions 1.. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. 2.. Beat eggs, sugar, run extract, vanilla extract and salt 3.. Add eggnog and pour into pie crust. 4.. Sprinkle liberally with nutmeg. 5.. Bake until a knife comes out clean, about 45-50 minutes. 6.. Cool, then refrigerate before serving. 7.. If you're lucky enough to be Irish, You're lucky enough!
