CHEESE-PLEASE SPINACH
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach 
3 eggs
1/2 cup flour 
1 (16 oz) carton small curd cottage cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Cook spinach, drain and set aside. Beat eggs. Add flour, cottage cheese 
and a little salt and pepper. Stir in spinach and cheddar cheese and 
pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 minutes.
