Steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower with Lemon and Garlic Butter

Steve insists on getting 2 cauliflower because he eats a whole one himself. 
This shouldn't be an issue in most households.
SERVES ABOUT 12

1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
6 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
Juice and zest from 2 lemons
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Rinse and trim the vegetables. Steam about 10 minutes with salted water 
until tender. Keep warm. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the garlic and 
cook just a minute-do not brown. Squeeze in the lemon. Remove from the heat 
and stir in the parsley and lemon zest. Place the vegetables on a serving 
platter and pour the sauce over. Serve warm.
