Hi,
I've cooked one one time and this is how I did it.
removed all the fat or as much as you want to, I think leaving alittle helps
with the meat in the tendering process.
Now, put it into a deep pan or I used one of those throw away aluminum
lasagna pans when I did this.
Also I didn't cut up the meat, I just left it whole, it's like a slab of
meat.
I honestly cannot recall if I salted/peppered it before, but I'm sure it
wouldn't hurt.
I do remember pouring 1 can(12/oz) coke*not diet* all over the meat.
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees, this is a slow cooking process and when
it's done after about 6-8 hours, it is very very tender. It also will come
off in string like as in shredded beef.
I cooked it this way, then I shredded it up and poured on a bottle of BBQ
sauce and heated it up on top of stove in another pot so as the sauce
wouldn't dry up for my BBQ sandwiches.
It did turn out good, but it made a lot of it, so had I been more prepared
for that, I would have saved some of it for taco's or something else..

Subject: [CnD] Cooking Pork Tenderloin
I've never prepared one before, so I'm looking for some
guidance/recipes/tips. I have both plain and marinated ones to cook.
Thanks,
Rhonda
