Another excellent accompaniment with a cheese ball is:

Toast some Pita Bread. Cut into appetizer size wedges to serve with the ball.

Or, do the same thing with tortillas.

Depending on the softness of the cheeseball, you might need to consider a denser cracker like a Trisket that won't crumble when the cheese is applied.
Also, even tortilla and chips like Ruffles can be used as well.
