Preheat oven 375 degrees. Remove pie from box and cut out the center part of the crust which looks like a little circle. Cut 4 to 6 little slits in the crust place on foiled lined cookie sheet. Place on center rack in oven. Bake at 375 for 55 to 65 minutes or until golden brown. I do it for 65 minutes and it is perfect. Let cool 30 minutes if you want to eat hot or cool for 2 hours if you don't want it hot. Enjoy! Terri
