Bourbon Balls
Makes 3 dozen

2 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 cup bourbon
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cup finely chopped pecans
powdered sugar

Sift together cocoa and 1 cup sugar. Combine bourbon and syrup; add to
cocoa mixture, and stir well. Add wafer crumbs and pecans; mix well.
Shape into 3/4-inch
balls, and roll in additional sugar to coat. Allow to dry before
serving.
