That's exactly the recipe I used, so I guess the next time -- if
there is a next time! -- I will lower the temperature to 350! I
think I'll just follow trusty old James Beard and make them on top of
the stove!
Have you seen the whole stalks of brussels sprouts that seem to be
showing up all over the place in the markets this year? They really
are cool looking, and I may try roasting the whole stalk (but not
today!) I still have half of the original stalk left, and I will
probably just cut off the sprouts and cook on top of the stove.
Are you still feeling sell? No more headaches, I hope!
I'm off to meet a friend for lunch. Then, this afternoon, there is
some serious baking on my schedule!
