Is the only differences betweens these sugars, is sifted?
I know the powdered that comes usually in a box or a bag and says, powdered sugar is more lumpy.
The confectioner sugar comes in a bag and is smooth with no lumps as if it's been sifted, but both taste the same, so what is the difference of the two?
