Crispy Peanut Butter Candy
Recipe By : Jo Merrill Serving Size : 75 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Candies Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups crunchy peanut butter 1/2 cup margarine -- not diet 1 pound confectioner's sugar 3 cups crispy rice cereal Dipping chocolate A crunchy variation of the favorite peanut butter center. Combine peanut butter, margarine and confectioner's sugar in a large bowl. Blend together very well. Add rice cereal and blend well. Form into 3/4-inch balls and dip in dipping chocolate. Makes about 75 centers.
