Hi Sharon,

About getting pies in the oven without spilling: Here's what I do. I place
the pie pans in the oven, then pour in the fillings. I use a large bowl
with a pour spout which makes this a lot easier. hth.

Claudia, are you wanting to make pie with it or use it in something else? I
have the directions but remember you use one of the very small 5 oz cans of
evaporated milk and eggs, but I'll give you more specifics if you need.
It works nicely and easily.
One thing I did find is that it makes two pies with the 30 oz size. The pies
are very full and i have always had a terrible time getting them into the
oven without spilling.
