Experimental Peanut Butter Cookies
This is as close as I can submit the ingredients without baking them
again. The orange taste was neglegable yet still fun.
I will be making them again. My husband says they are now his favorite
cookie. You can add any flavour juice or alcohol of your choosing.
Ingredients"
1 to 1-1/2 cups peanut butter
(I used smooth but crunchy works well too)
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 tsp. orange Vodca
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Combine the peanut butter, white sugar and egg. Mix until smooth.
3. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
(the cookies should hold together when rolled into about hershey kiss
size balls. I did not flatten mine.)
4. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 6 to 8 minutes.
(I baked mine for 9 minutes. )
Do not overbake! These cookies are best when they are still soft and
just barely brown on the bottoms.
