Blaine, do you cook your eggs in the electric skillet?  I've never
thought to try that.  Let us know if you find a good method for
telling when they are done.  If you are doing the eggs on the stove,
and you find they are overdone by the time you hear them sizzling, it
means that the heat may be a bit too high.  ry lowering the heat and
see if it works better for you.  If you are cooking chicken in the
oven, for safety's sake, it is best to cook it a total of fifty
minutes to one hour.  (I always do one hour.)  I set the oven to 400
degrees.  In the electric skillet, I am of no help.  I haven't used my
skillet for about twelve years or more, and I don't recall how I
marked the darn dial!  I'll have to have someone check it for me.
