GRILLED CHICKEN WITH HERBS
Yield: 6 servings INGREDIENTS 2 tablespoons minced fresh Italian parsley 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary 2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme 1 sage leaf 3 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste 1-1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved DIRECTIONS In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chicken. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours. Grill or broil the chicken for about 6 minutes per side until no trace of pink remains.
