SCALLOPED BROCCOLI

1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped

1/4 c. oleo

1/2 c. almonds

1 c. cracker crumbs

1/4 lb. grated cheese

1/2 c. celery or mushroom soup

 

Mix cheese with crumbs. Add 1/2 c. water to soup. Put layer of cheese and 

crackers in bottom of greased baking dish. Then layer of broccoli and nuts. 

Pour soup over top. Dot with oleo. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve 

hot.
