VELVEETA Steak Stroganoff

 

Makes: 6 servings, 1-1/3 cups each

 

1-1/4 pound beef flank steak, cut across the grain into thin slices

1 medium onion, sliced

1-1/2 cups water

3 cups egg noodles, uncooked

1/2 pound (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up

1 package (10 oz.) frozen green beans

1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 tsp. black pepper

 

Method

 

1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray. 

2. Add steak and onions; cook and stir on medium-high heat 4 minutes or until 
steak is 

no longer pink.

3. Stir in water. 

4. Bring to boil. 

5. Add noodles; return to boil. 

6. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook 7 minutes or until noodles are 

tender, stirring frequently.

7. Add remaining ingredients; stir. 

8. Cook until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
