Great suggestions! I was going to mention most of them, but love the stuff so much that I could eat grilled cheese sandwiches with lunch meat added on a daily basis, or my absolute favorite, plain velveeta cheese on plain wholewheat or toasted bread with lots of mustard; used to eat it all the time in high school!

You can make toasted cheese sandwiches. If you have other sandwich
ingredients, such as slices of meat, lettuce and tomato, tuna, you can make
sandwiches, melted or unmelted. Some people add cheese to potato salad,
steamed vegetables, such as broccoli, cauliflower zucchini. The best thing about Velveeta is that it melts much better than unprocessed cheese. You can
also crumble it up on salads, tacos or tostadas, of course, you can use it
for cheeseburgers.

Hi All,

I accidentally bought too much velveeta cheese while at the grocery store.
How can I use it? Does anyone have good casseroles or other dishes that
don't require tons of ingredients?
Thanks.

Claudia
