Recipe for baked scallops I used to make a simple recipe for scallops, in which, I think, I put the scallops, covered them with breadcrumbs, splashed a little sherry on top, then dotted with butter, and baked. Does anyone have the specifics of this recipe, or perhaps another one similar? Thanks.
