Judy's Turkey Tetrazini

 

Ingredients:


8 ounces spaghetti (I've used up to a pound; when using a pound, doubled other 
ingredients) 
1/4 cup butter 
1/2 cup flour 
1 1/2 cups (about 2 cans) chicken broth 
One cup light cream 
1/4 cup cooking sherry 
Dash of pepper 
One six-ounce can of mushrooms, sliced and drained 
1/4 cup chopped green pepper, or more to taste 
Two cups diced cooked turkey 
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 
Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain. Melt butter. Blend in 
flour. Gradually stir in chicken broth. Add the cream. Cook and stir until

 

mixture thickens. Add sherry and pepper. Add sauce mixture to spaghetti in an 
in13-by-in9 casserole dish. Add all other ingredients. and mix together.

 

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Bake in preheated dg350 oven for 25 to 30 
minutes. Serves five to six. 
I have also added one chopped onion and two tablespoons ( at least) of minced 
garllic or two chopped garlic cloves.
