> OVEN BAKED APPLE - NUT PANCAKE
2 cups Bisquick 
> 1/2 c. water 3 eggs 2 lg. tart cooking apples, pared and thinly sliced
> (about 3 c.
> slices) 1/3 c. sugar, divided 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/4 c. chopped nuts
> Heat oven to 450 degrees. Combine Bisquick, water, eggs, and 1 teaspoon
> sugar; mix
> well and set aside. In skillet, saute apples in butter over medium - high
> heat until
> tender. Pour apples into lightly greased 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle apples
> with nuts
> and cover both with batter. Cover plate with foil. Bake for 12 to 14
> minutes or until
> pancake is puffed and sugar is melted. Loosen side of pancake from plate;
> cool slightly.
> Cut into wedges; serve with syrup.  Enjoy.
