Unfried French Fries
3 large potatoes, cut into strips
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
2 egg whites
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat baking sheet with non-stick cooking
spray.
In bowl, combine egg whites and Cajun seasoning. Add potatoes, toss to
coat.
Place onto baking sheet. Mist with cooking spray. Bake, turning often,
until
golden brown.
Makes 3 servings.
