One and One Casserole

1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup uncooked rice
1 1-3/4-ounce package dry onion soup mix
1 (10-3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
1 cup sliced green onions tops

Crumble ground meat in buttered 2-1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with 
rice and soup mix.

Blend mushroom soup and water. Pour over rice. Spread onion tops over mixture.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir with fork.

Makes 6 servings
