If you do manage to find a blind-friendly deep fryer let me know what you find out. As for burning yourself unless there is a lid on top it is impossible and you have to be more careful. The reason that you burn yourself is because of the hot oil so it's impossible if a fry or something that you're deep frying falls into the oil splashing up. Talk to you later.
