PINA COLADA PUDDING 1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar free Jello instant pudding, vanilla 1 1/2 c. skim milk 1 c. Cool Whip lite dessert topping 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. coconut
Stir together pudding mix and skim milk as directed. Add pineapple, Cool Whip and coconut, fold into pudding mix. Allow to chill before serving.
