LOW CHOLESTEROL OMELETTE

?   1/4 c. Egg Beater
?   1 egg white
?   1 tbsp. chopped scallion
?   1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
?   1/4 c. chopped tomato
?   Garlic powder
?   Black pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Cook in frying pan with Pam or "no cholesterol, 
no salt butter". Place on low-medium flame. Serve hot.
