MARINATED STEAK - LOW CHOLESTEROL

?   1 thick flank steak or London Broil (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
?   2/3 c. dry red wine
?   1 tbsp. soy sauce
?   1/8 tsp. oregano, crumbled
?   1/8 tsp. marjoram, crumbled
?   1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix together the wine, soy sauce and seasonings. Place steak in long glass 
baking dish and pour the marinade over the meat. Cover and chill at least 12 to 
18 hours, turning the meat once or twice. 

Preheat broiler. Remove steak from marinade. Pat dry and broil 4" from the heat 
for about 5 minutes on each side. Cut thin slices diagonally across the grain.
