Healthy Hawaiian Hash Sundaes

3 Tbs. orange marmalade spreadable fruit
1/4 tsp. coconut extract
1 cup (1 medium) diced banana
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, packed in
fruit juice drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, rinsed
and drained
2 Tbs. chopped Macadamia nuts
1/4 cup flaked coconut
2 cups sugar and fat-free vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup Cool Whip Lite

Brush or wipe your GFG with cooking
oil and preheat. Please do not use an
aerosol spray. Your grill will last longer,
and will thank-you for it. It will also help
the environment.

In a large bowl, combine spreadable fruit and coconut 
extract. Add banana, pineapple, mandarin oranges,
Macadamia nuts and coconut. Mix well to coat. 

Evenly arrange fruit mixture in prepared grill. Close the
lid and grill for 5-6 minutes until fruit is warm, but not 
too soft.

For each serving, place 1/3 cup ice cream in a dessert dish
and spoon about 1/3 cup fruit mixture over ice cream.
Top with 1 Tbs. Cool Whip Lite. Serve at once.
