Easy Shepherd's Pie 1 lb. ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup or tomato soup 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 2 c. mashed potatoes 1 cup grated cheese (optional)
Brown ground beef and onion and drain. Add cream of mushroom soup. In baking dish layer ground beef, corn and mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes .
