Ingredients:
24 medium to large mushrooms
2 T chopped garlic
½ c chopped onion
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c bread
2 T dry Italian dressing mix
Italian salad dressing, bottled

Directions: Wipe mushrooms clean. Remove mushroom stems and place in the food
processor along with the garlic, onion, and dry Italian dressing mix; process
slightly. Place mixture in greased sauté pan and cook on medium heat for 10
minutes or until mixture is brown. Place bread in food processor and make
bread crumbs and add to the cooked mixture. Blend bread crumbs in mixture
before adding cheese. Add cheese and mix well. Stuff mushroom caps and place
on a greased pan. Place in oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown.
Pull pan out and cover with Italian salad dressing and cook for 10 to 15
minutes more or until brown and cooked thoroughly.
