Four Minute Brownie Pie

Servings: 4

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup soft butter or margarine
1/2 cup flour
3 to 4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
pinch salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
whipped cream or ice cream (optional)

Place eggs, sugar, butter, flour, cocoa, vanilla and salt in medium 
bowl. Beat 4 minutes. Stir in nuts and pour into greased pie pan.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Cool.

Cut into wedges and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
