Four Minute Brownie Pie Source: Dorothy Bridges Servings: 4 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup soft butter or margarine 1/2 cup flour 3 to 4 tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp vanilla pinch salt 1/2 cup chopped walnuts whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
Place eggs, sugar, butter, flour, cocoa, vanilla and salt in medium bowl. Beat 4 minutes. Stir in nuts and pour into greased pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Cool.
