Garlic Basil Bread ABM 1 1/2 pound loaf This is a great tasting bread that has a nice texture and is good for toasting. I got the recipe from another group and it was posted by John Ross.
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon water 1 tablespoon butter, softened 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 3 cups bread flour 2 tablespoons dry milk 2 tablespoons sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves 2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast Place all ingredients in your machines fully assembled pan in the order specified by your machines manufacturer. Select the Basic or White cycle and press start.
