HORSERADISH PINEAPPLE SALAD 2 packages lime gelatin 2 cups hot water 12 ounces cream cheese 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons sugar 1 number 2 can crushed pineapple, drained 5 to 6 tablespoons horseradish Dissolve gelatin in hot water; chill. Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add salt, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, pineapple and horseradish. Combine with gelatin, blending well. Turn into individual molds.
