Barbecued Beef Sandwiches

1 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup Kraft Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
4 hard rolls, split
Velveeta Slices Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread

Brown meat; drain.

Add barbecue sauce, onion and green pepper. Cover; simmer 15 minutes.

For each sandwich, cover bottom half of roll with meat mixture and process 
cheese spread. Broil until process cheese spread begins to melt. Cover with top 
half of roll.

Makes 4 sandwiches
