I made this yesterday and would do it again. The recipe was easy and tasty. The only thing I noticed is that I had to cook the rice for a lot longer than 5 minutes, but then I had it on simmer, too. I tend to cook most things on the stove top at a lower temperature even if it takes longer. So thanks, Jan.

Easy Chicken and Broccoli

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
3 cups frozen broccoli florets
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1 1/2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and
stir on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. Or until browned.
2. Add broccoli, soup and water. Bring to boil.
3. Stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Reduce heat to
low; cook 5 min.

Yield: 4 servings
