Serves 12 Posted by: Sandy (Aqausea221) 2 Cups sugar (I use 1 1/2) 2 Cups flour 2 eggs 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla 1 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple w/unsweetened juice 1/2 to 1 Cup chopped nuts (optional) Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 13x9 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
