I made this yesterday for dinner.
It was good!
I just used russet potatoes, I didn't have celery, so just added an extra
diced potato.
Beef Stew Using Canned Cream Soups
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat
2 cups celery, chopped
2 cups chopped carrots
2 cups cubed potatoes (I recommend red potatoes)
1 onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of tomato soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
Put all in crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Servings: 6
