It is good when a company or store stands behind their products.  Rival sent
me a new deep fryer when I was frying fish and all of a sudden there was no
power.  They didn't ask me to return it or anything, just said keep it so I
now have a brand new oil container and frying basket and use the new unit.
So far there are no problems but I only received it on March 4th.  It
already works better than the first unit.
